Elder Abuse

We have extensive knowledge and working experience with Elder Abuse Laws as they pertain to professional negligence. We have extensive knowledge and working experience with the Elder Abuse and Dependent Adult Civil Protection Act as it pertains to neglect or abandonment. We have extensive knowledge and working experience with the Medical Injury Compensation Reform Act. Our Experience includes handling claims, which involve alleged Unfair, Unlawful or Fraudulent Business Practices. We work closely with defense counsel in the investigation and preparation of cases for trial.

Day Care

We have working experience in handling claims that involve allegations of sexual molestation, child abuse and failure to supervise that result in bodily injury. Our investigation focuses on potential issues of negligent hiring and training, as well as potential recklessness and neglect. We work closely with the Community Care Licensing Division of the State of California in the investigation of these claims. We have extensive knowledge and working experience with the California in the investigation of these claims. We have extensive emphasis on the Health and Safety Code Title 22, Section 1596.7 that govern the practices of day care center.
